1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Good Game Sports platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Good Game Sports LLC ("Company," "we," "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register for paid events.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that contain false information.
4. Event Registration & Payments
By registering for a paid event, you agree to pay the listed entry fee. Fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the Company. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Good Game Sports LLC is not responsible for payment disputes arising from third-party payment processors.
5. Conduct & Sportsmanship
All participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and good sportsmanship. The Company reserves the right to remove, ban, or disqualify any participant for conduct deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive — including but not limited to physical altercations, verbal abuse, cheating, or discrimination of any kind. Decisions by officials and administrators are final.
6. Waivers & Assumption of Risk
Participation in sports activities carries inherent risks of physical injury. By registering for any event, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Good Game Sports LLC, its officers, employees, volunteers, and officials from liability for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence. A digital waiver may be required before participation in certain events.
7. User Content
By submitting content to the Platform (including profile information, photos, or comments), you grant Good Game Sports LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, graphics, software, and text — is owned by or licensed to Good Game Sports LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Game Sports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any event. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mobile County, Alabama.
